KDW’s CUSTOMER SERVICE GOAL IS SIMPLE:

We are committed to providing our customers with total satisfaction at every purchase, guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returned merchandise in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached and original packaging for an even exchange. Please include all paperwork, the invoice number and billing name on the return form. Complete the return questionnaire and include it in the return package, before sending your return shipment.

How long do I have to return an item?

14 days

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

For your convenience, orders shipped within the US, will have a UPS return label included in the package.
You may drop your return off at any UPS location for shipment. Please retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
